Fascinating Fireflies is a 6-meter-long, 3-meter-tall welcome tunnel — like a secret door into a tropical rainforest. At DBS Bank's year-end party, this immersive tunnel led every employee into a fantastical world built entirely around the party's theme. Radar sensors inside the tunnel pick up a wave of the hand and instantly wake the fireflies around it, like stepping into a dream made of light. It's a living world that changes with every interaction, making each person part of the story. We handled the interaction design and visual direction, along with the multi-projector blending needed to pull off an ultra-wide, borderless interactive visual — a bold attempt at letting people fully lose themselves in a projected story.
