Seeing Molecules Meet — Immersive Interactive Projection
BRIEFING
In the permanent exhibition "Seeing Molecules Meet," an immersive interactive projection zone turns an invisible microscopic world into something you can actually perceive. Physical interactive devices simplify the normally complex crossed-molecular-beam apparatus into something intuitive and easy to follow — from creating a vacuum, to firing the molecular beam, to the moment of collision, every action comes with clear, strong visual feedback, so the science lives in light and motion rather than text and formulas. Visitors feel like they've stepped into the world of molecules themselves, watching particles meet, collide and scatter, understanding how the instrument captures the key moments of a chemical reaction — leaving behind a real sense of wonder about both molecular collisions and scientific discovery.
